RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales are final on digital products. Digital products are non-refundable. 

 

RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All returns are refunded in the form of store credit. We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Please be sure to send your items back in full accordance with our return policy: Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. You items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, in order to be eligible for a return.

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order. All returns are refunded in the form of a store credit. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your returned item(s) are received by us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like workout products (fabric bands, sliders, etc.)bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories are not allowed to be returned. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically issued a store credit within3 business days.
