Just Me Being Ki
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I’m on a mission to inspire and empower women to embrace their inner strength and live their healthiest, happiest lives. My approach to personal training goes beyond dumbbells and reps. For me it's about fostering a positive mindset, building a strong mind-body connection, encouraging self-love, embracing a lifestyle of wellness and building sustainable habits.
Who am I? I’m a Super Mom to four wonderful kids and Nonna to one grandson. I am a native Washingtonian, and I still remain in the DC Metro area. I am a former ballet dancer and cheerleader. I was a stay-at-home Mom here in the US and overseas (Italy and Turkey) and now I'm a Certified Personal Trainer. I started out with DVD workout programs as I traveled back and forth overseas. After my third child, I returned to the states and hired a personal trainer, who trained me at my home, five days a week.
I used to only workout at home, so no one could see me train, "YES, gym intimidation." Well that has changed. Yup, it sure has, because now I am not intimidated to work out in the gym, record my workouts and I even laugh at the guys in the gym who side eye me, while I lift weights. LOL!
I have been engaged in the fitness world for a while, but I have been truly locked in and consistently working on me, for the last seven years. So much so, I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer, to help other women, with their fitness, health and wellness.
I do this for women all around the globe, especially the Moms juggling it all and seeking moments of self-care. I've been there and I know what that's like. It doesn't matter if you're beginning your fitness journey, returning to exercise or a seasoned athlete aiming to maintain your fitness level, either way we’re all in this together now.
We have to make time for ourselves, and understand it’s ok to show ourselves some self-love. Together, we'll discover the incredible potential that lies within you. Get ready to be amazed, by what your mind and body can achieve.
Are you ready to make a change?
